Full house: This hand has three cards of the very same rank but different suits and two cards of the same rank but different suits. For example 4-4-4 of hearts, diamonds, clubs and 7-7 of hearts and spades.
Flush: This hand doesn't need to have any sequences as such, it could be five random cards but all in the same suit.
Straight: In this hand you can have five consecutive cards and they can be off any suit 2-3-4-5-6 of diamonds, hearts, spades, clubs, and hearts respectively.
Three of a kind: In this hand you have three cards of the very same rank but different suits. 6-6-6 diamonds, hearts and spades
Two pair: This hand has two pairs of cards of the same rank but different suits. 2-2 hearts and spades respectively. And 4-4 diamonds and hearts respectively.
Pair of Jacks or better: This hand can have two jacks, kings, queens or aces.
